“Elmo Calls” app. Best $0.99 I’ve ever spent. Just got back from Chloe’s 15-month checkup and this brilliant app made the three shots she had to get a total breeze. Elmo “calls” you when you launch the app and when you answer the call the front facing camera activates and the fun begins.
