Perhaps it’s a case of just not checking out the competition, but I really don’t understand the vitriol spewed towards iTunes.
What exactly do you need it to do that it doesn’t do? It plays music, it plays media, and it plays nicely with all of my Apple peripherals (iPhone, AppleTV, etc). I don’t know that I’ve ever had a situation with iTunes where I wished for something it couldn’t do.
